He holds a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the University College of Sør-Trøndelag (Norway). He earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, as well as a postgraduate degree in Strategic Leadership from the Stockholm School of Economics. He also holds the certifications “Virtual Design Construction” (VDC) and “Advanced Mentoring Virtual Design Construction,” both from Stanford University, California.
Throughout his professional career, he has served as Project Manager in companies such as Mesta, AF Advansia, and Hent. He has also held the position of Market and Development Manager at NCC Norway. He is currently Partner and Consultant at Lean Communications AS.
