He is a Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and holds an MSc from the University of California, Berkeley. He has more than 27 years of experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure operation, and concessions industry, having held positions as General Manager, Operations Manager, and Director in Peru, Chile, and Colombia.

He has specialized expertise in Strategy, Lean Construction, Leadership and Transformation, Collaborative Contracts, and Negotiation. He is the founder of the Peruvian Chapter of the Lean Construction Institute and currently serves as its Vice President. He is an international Lean speaker in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He currently serves as General Manager at V&V Bravo.
