Professional with more than 16 years of experience in building construction, with strong expertise in the Last Planner System™, Lean Production philosophy, and resource management. Civil Engineer from Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco. He specialized in Operations Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He earned an MBA from Centrum and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from EADA Business School.

He holds the “Virtual Design and Construction” (VDC) and “Advanced Mentoring Virtual Design and Construction” certifications from Stanford University, California. He is a founding member of the BIM Committee of Peru and a founding member of the Latin American VDC Network.

He has held strategic positions in various companies. He is currently General Manager at CGP Consultores.
