He is a Civil Engineer from Universidad Ricardo Palma, Peru. He holds an M.Sc. in Construction Management from Coventry University (United Kingdom) and is VDC certified by Stanford University.

He has a long and well-recognized career as an expert in innovation, processes, and technology. He is Past President of the Lean Construction Institute Peru. He previously served as Operations Manager at Constructora Aesa and as Innovation, Processes, and Technology Manager at Cosapi. He is currently General Manager at MCP Consultores.
