Team Coordinator – Plan BIM Peru

Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and several postgraduate diplomas in PMI, BIM, VDC, e-Government, Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs), LCE, among others.

He has more than 20 years of experience in public and private project management, overseeing major project portfolios in public entities such as the Office of the Attorney General, INPE, CGR, INVERMET, MININTER, the Judiciary, and OIP, among others. He has worked under various delivery models and mechanisms (LCE, Works for Taxes, PPPs, IDB-funded contracts, World Bank–funded contracts, and International Organizations), and has been a pioneer in the implementation and rollout of BIM and BIM Fast Track projects from within the public sector.

He participated in the development of BIM regulations and national policies. He has been a member of the Plan BIM Peru Working Group and of the Specialized BIM Technical Team of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) for the BIM Technical Standard. He previously served as General Manager of Human Hábitat Peru, a firm specialized in the implementation of BIM, Fast Track, and VDC for public and private infrastructure project management. He is currently Team Coordinator of Plan BIM Peru at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
