CONEXIG Peru

PhD in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, a certified Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) mentor by Stanford University, and certified in Modern Construction by the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education and the Project Production Institute. With more than twenty-four years of experience, he has led engineering management in major infrastructure megaprojects across several countries.

He is partner and General Manager of CONEXIG Perú, serves as an adjudicator on Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Boards (DAABs), acts as an expert witness in international arbitration proceedings, and as a technical expert in infrastructure projects, including civil works, transportation infrastructure, and buildings.

He is Secretary of the Technical Committee for the Standardization of Buildings and Civil Engineering Works of INACAL, as well as of the Technical Subcommittees for the Standardization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Quality in Construction.

He is a professor and researcher at the Faculty of Engineering and the Graduate School of the University of Lima, where he founded and coordinates the VDC Program in collaboration with the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) and the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education (CGOE).of the Civil Engineering program. He is Country Director of CONEXIG Peru.
