She is a civil engineer and surveying engineer with over a decade of experience in the construction and building sector, applying technology, knowledge transfer, and inclusion management to improve project efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

She holds a Master’s degree in Geomatic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Technology Management and Leadership. Additionally, she completed a Master’s program in Technology Management and Change Management at Harvard University, as well as a Master’s program in Leadership, Technology Management, and Competitive Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

She is also certified in VDC and as an Advanced VDC Mentor by Stanford University.

She has worked for several global companies, including Skanska and Trimble. She currently co-leads VDC Metrics, a company that supports organizations in improving project performance and outcomes.
