Executive specialized in Lean project management focused on transforming the engineering and construction industry. He has led R&D&I projects and has served as an advanced instructor at LCI Peru. He is also a lecturer in cost management and project control.

He is currently Project Manager at Alsud and President of the Lean Construction Institute Peru.
